About This Material
The Friend Your Fear Library draws primarily from the Year of More curriculum developed and taught through Wright Foundation for the Realization of Human Potential and Wright Graduate University, with contributions from the many faculty members, coaches, students, and participants who helped develop and carry this work forward.
When Wright Foundation closed, its board intentionally made the curriculum available for continued use so that this body of developmental work would remain accessible rather than privately controlled or gatekept. This library carries that intention forward by organizing the teachings, assignments, videos, research, and related resources into a form that is easier for clients, students, facilitators, and other interested learners to explore and use.
George Miller studied, practiced, and taught within this tradition and has curated and organized the material presented here. The library may also include additional research, examples, videos, and resources that illuminate or extend the original curriculum.
